U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer resigned on Monday, paving the way for Britain to have its seventh prime minister in just over a decade. Speaking with FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen, Martin Farr, Senior Lecturer in Contemporary British History at Newcastle University, says that the frequency of changes at 10 Downing Street since the Brexit vote “is very concerning and we’re having many more questions about whether Britain is indeed governable”.
