#France is experiencing its worst heatwave in history, with #Paris hitting above 40 degrees celsius on June 23. To help its residents cope with the exceptionally high temperatures, the city has opened an area of the #CanalSaintMartin to swimmers. A successful idea, although residents say more should be done to adapt the city to this type of heat.
